抗虫转基因水稻对非靶标生物的生态安全性研究进展

摘 要:

抗虫转基因水稻的培育和利用为水稻害虫控制提供了一条最为有效、经济的途径, 但其生态安全性直接影响着其能否进行商品化种植。本文拟在概述抗虫转基因水稻的研发现状的基础上, 从研究和评价方法、对不同类型非靶标生物的影响效应等方面就抗虫转基因水稻对非靶标生物安全性的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

The breeding and use of insect-resistant transgenic rices (IRTRs) provide a useful and economic ap-proach for the IPM of rice insect pests. However, the ecological safety is one of the decisive factors influencing the commercialization of IRTRs. Here, we review the development and types of IRTRs, the assessment method-ology for ecological safety, and the ecological effects of IRTRs on different kinds of non-target organisms.
